This Privacy Policy describes how SetFree ("Set Free", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SetFree mobile application (the "App"). Set Free is published by Bulserk Media.

We built SetFree as a private companion for people working on freedom from compulsive behaviors through faith and daily practice. Privacy is part of the point: most of what you write stays on your device.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the App.

1.1 Information you provide

• Profile basics. Your first name or nickname, the goal length you choose during onboarding, and the date you started your journey.
• Journal entries and reflections. Notes you write in Daily Check-ins, Bible reflections, Grace Card reflections, and any optional note you add when resetting your counter.
• Chat messages. What you type into the in-app chat with the AI companion.
• Community posts (if you join). The community name and avatar color you pick, and the posts, comments, reactions, prayers and poll votes you share there. Your day count shows next to your name and on the leaderboard only if you leave that setting on.
• Feedback (if you send it). What you write in Send feedback, and your email if you choose to add one so we can reply. It comes with your app version, iOS version and phone model so we can find the bugs you report.

1.2 Information generated automatically

• Streak and check-in history. Whether you marked a day as clean or recorded a reset, when you completed daily readings, which Grace Cards you've opened.
• App preferences. Settings you toggle inside the App (e.g. haptics on/off, notification preferences, theme).
• Community activity (if you join). Which community posts you've viewed, who you've blocked, reports you've sent, and, if you allow notifications, a push token so we can tell you when someone prays for you or replies.
• Anonymous usage statistics. A random ID created for your copy of the App (not tied to your name, email, Apple ID or device), plus a few events: that the App was opened (once a day), which onboarding step you reached, whether a purchase was completed, cancelled or failed, and which blocking setup steps you finished. These never include your name, notes, chat messages, check-ins or anything you write.

1.3 Information from third parties

• Subscription status. If you purchase a subscription, our payments provider RevenueCat shares whether your subscription is active, the plan, and the renewal date so we can unlock paid features. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user identifier and the purchase details from Apple or Google. RevenueCat also sends our server subscription events (such as a trial starting, renewing or being cancelled) with that pseudonymous identifier, so we can count trials and renewals.

1.4 Information we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your email (unless you add it to feedback so we can reply), phone number, address, or real name.
